Shanghai Huibao Group Maida R&D Office Center
New building architecture is often affected by its surrounding natural or historical factors, and sometimesfaces challenges from the urban context, suchas newly added public facilities. In the Maida R&D Office Center project, logon.design explored how to turn the surrounding environment disadvantage andleverage it to achieve the asset enhancement.

logon Staged on CURF by Winning Awards
The third editionof China Urban Regeneration Forum (CURF) was held in Foshan and Guangzhou respectively from 21 to 22 November, 2019. The award recognizes logon.design as an excellent designer for urban renewal and its project the Ascendas Plaza for urban renewal promotion and acceleration. Wang Fang, co-founder and CEO of logon.design, was invited to the forum for penal discussion themed as space innovation in urban renewal.

logonX800 Show Unveiled WP for 10th Anniv.
The 800 Show x Jia Zuo Design Festival launched its grand opening, as well as celebrating the 10th anniversary of the 800 Show on November 27, 2019 at the main hall of Shanghai 800 Show Cultural and Creative Industry Park. In spite of celebrating, the event also gave review and outlook for its 10 years fruitful management supported by the Business Council of Jing’an district Shanghai and the Shanghai Cultura land Creative Industries Association.

logon.design X LPS for Grand Opening in SH
The 20th edition of Asia’s high profile property event - LPS Shanghai will be held at the Shanghai Exhibition Center from 6th to 8th December, 2019. logon.design as its official partner, will participate in the grand opening ceremony on 6th December. The event is expected to attract more than 14,000 VIP guests from Shanghai and even East China.

C&W X logon Workshop for Urban Renewal
After covering five urban renewal projects designed by logon.design in Cushman & Wakefield’s (C&W) theme report “Shanghai Urban Renewal White Paper 2019”, logon.design was invited by C&W recently to share challenges and solutions in regeneration projects in a closed- door workshop.
