This year logon's design, Shanghai Yangpu Power Plant, was shortlisted in the category of Commercial Mixed-Use for the World Architecture Festival (WAF), Future Projects. In Shanghai, urban renewal and industrial heritage transformation are not new topics. As an important industrial city in modern China, Shanghai has left a rich industrial heritage. The urban renewal in Shanghai represents a generational trend. But in the past two years, from the city-wide perspective, some new trends have emerged in Shanghai's urban renewal.
